Reload Data from an External Workbook

Note: If the data in external workbooks that are linked to your MineSched scenario are changed and saved, and you have not selected Auto reload links, the information in your scenario is not changed until you reload the workbook.

1. Choose Spreadsheets > Manage Links.

The Manage Links form appears.

Note: Spreadsheet views must be enabled to access the Manage Links form. If the Manage Links option is not available in the Spreadsheets menu, select Enable Spreadsheet Views.

2. Click the workbook that contains updated data.
3. Click Reload active workbook.

The data from the external workbook is updated for use by your MineSched scenario.
